At the DCM Partnership, we believe that EPCs are a requirement, not a money making scheme as they are viewed by many people and companies, with many companies appearing overnight, claiming to be able to produce EPCs, but in fact subcontracting them out or simply not registering them with the central database, as is supposed to be the case.

 

ALL EPC Assessors should be accredited, and as such should appear on the register of Accredited Assessors, which can be found at www.ndepcregister.com so even if you are thinking of using an alternative assessor for your EPC, look them up - can they offer the service you require? Do they have the assessor in house? - or are you in-fact dealing with a middle man?
